Get ready for an Easter activity that combines outdoor fun with storytelling magic!

1. Begin by writing words related to Easter themes and characters, such as bunny, chocolate, flowers, sunshine, spring, trees. Write these on colourful card cut into egg shapes.

2. Hide these story prompts in various spots around the garden, or around the house.

3. Give your child a basket or bag to start their Easter egg hunt and collect some story prompts.

4. Encourage your child to write or tell a story based on these words. For example, if the prompt is ‘a magical bunny’ then your child would include this character in the evolving tale.
