Most wrestlers disappear after the season.

The serious ones stay in the room.

A minimum of 2x per week.

And that’s just the bare minimum.
Do that year , round and it adds up to 100+ extra sessions most of your competition won’t get.
Consistency builds champions.

Today my students surprised me, and I have no words.
