Finally set up in Glasgow with my books. You can see my friend Leah Higgins beautiful quilts on the right! We have a combined demonstration stand showing screen printing fabrics and the lovely books you can make from them! Come see!

I FINALLY got round to binding some of the work created on a course with Christine Chester at studio. A display book (using a variation of a Bradel binding) is a lovely way to show off small pieces of art work.

The new studio is coming on nicely - water supply sorted, windows and doors in, outside treated, insulation in and inside boarded. Not long now until it will be ready for students to come and enjoy! 😁

I'm having a lovely weekend in Irvine making a book based on this one. It's a grand group of binders at this SoB/DB weekend workshop with the excellent Tom McEwan.

My first attempt at a dos-a-dos (back to back) binding - this one has accordion sections, cartridge paper at one end and watercolour paper at the other.
