Josh from North Pier Brew Co. and Kevin from Howe B**r Project joined us for our one-day Professional Flavour Evaluation Masterclass.

Throughout the day, they developed their sensory analysis skills, learning how to identify common off-flavours and recognise key flavour characteristics that support effective quality control.

We hope they found the session valuable and can take these skills back to their breweries and teams.

Develop your brewing talent with the new Level 4 Brewing Apprenticeship!🍻📚

Our Level 4 Brewing Apprenticeship combines practical and theoretical learning, including hands-on training in our onsite brewery and the opportunity to work within a fully functioning Brewing Quality Control Laboratory.
Delivered by tutors and assessors with extensive brewing industry experience, the programme is designed to help employees develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to become competent brewing professionals.

It is an 18-month Level 4 Brewing Apprenticeship delivered in partnership with NC Group Limited (rated Outstanding by Ofsted).

Brewlab and NC Group offer a unique combination of brewing expertise and apprenticeship excellence that delivers genuine value for employers and learners alike.

Please note that this apprenticeship is currently only available in England.
