LEAD Performing Arts you've been a blast💥.

Since 2017 you've simply transformed young people's lives, supported students across the UK in the creative industry, created and protected jobs for talented staff and generated new business for the sector.

It's been a pleasure to be your creator, owner and director for so many years. I can't thank you enough for all of the support; everyone from our wonderful students, parents, our INCREDIBLE staff, the support team, business development and all of our education partners. Thank you SO much to all my family, friends and loved ones for the continued support over the years.

I'm very pleased to announce that LEAD Performing Arts has merged and
is now part of the SCL Education Group.

LEAD Performing Arts is now SCL Creative. I've been very fortunate to have secured a senior leadership position within SCL as the Creative Arts Commercial Director. A huge thank you to SCL for the opportunity and to allow my vision for this sector to come to fruition, the future looks very bright ⭐

Finally, to all our students, education partners, colleagues and friends across the UK, have a wonderful Christmas and a very Happy New Year.

Although we say goodbye and a fond farewell to LEAD Performing Arts in 2023, LEAD Education will continue.........

LEAD Education is always cultivating new opportunities for young people in the creative arts sector.

I'm really happy and proud that we're able to diversify our educational offer by working with Final Checks Makeup and Hair Academy based in Romford, Essex;
a BAFTA accredited academy specialising in hair, makeup, costume design and fashion.

LEAD Performing Arts SCL Education & Final Checks will be launching our very first Production Arts level 3 qualification in September 2023!

We are opening this offer to other educational establishments within this sector across the UK.

We look forward to welcoming our learners and industry professionals on this incredibly unique and engaging study programme within the creative arts industry

What a brilliant night watching our amazing BTEC students based at Hatton College perfom Chicago. All staff and students fully deserved their standing ovation and I'm incredibly proud to be part of their journey.

Julie and the entire Hatton team have created something genuinely special here for young people in Scarborough. The talent and professionalism was evident and the performance was just a joy to watch

A happy/sad day today at LEAD Education LEAD Performing Arts as our lovely Jen leaves us to go on maternity.

LEAD wouldn't be the compmay it is today without this very special lady. Jen, you've been through it all with me over the last few years, the ups & downs, the success & the failures.

I'll always appreciate your loyalty, professionalism and genuine care for the business, our colleagues and all of our clients.

It's now time to close down your emails, switch off from work and spend some quality time with your boys as you prepare to welcome a very special young lady to the world.

Huge thanks to Principal Gareth Chown, VP Matt Green and the amazing students at Addict Dance Academy for an incredible show. Our BTEC students performed so well, really proud of them. As always, full of energy, passion and enthusiasm; it was incredible to see on stage.

We were also joined by some special guests at the show. Huge thanks to SCL Education
CEO Brad Rushton, Director of Operations Stuart Allen and the Director of Partnerships Lawrence Blair for showing your support. It's much appreciated and we look forward to the future.

It was great to see all the wonderful students back stage after the show to pass on our thanks, they're so humble and appreciative.

What Jill Clewes has done for young people and the local community in the creative arts industry over a number of decades is nothing short of utterly inspirational. An absolute pleasure to be there!
