10 years. One incredible journey. ❤️

10 years ago, Shai walked through the doors of SB as an apprentice.

Today, he’s one of the main faces and forces behind our academy.

His journey has taken him from….

🔹Apprentice
🔹Apprentice of the Year 🏆
🔹Barber in our shop
🔹Assisting with education
🔹Cutting on stage
🔹Being featured in BarberEvo for his achievements
🔹Developing his confidence and skills as an educator
🔹Becoming an educator and assesor in his own right shaping the next generation of barbers.

10 years later, still learning, still developing, still cutting, still educating and still helping us move forward in such a big way.

I’ve watched him grow not just as a barber, but as a professional, an educator and a person.

His journey is a brilliant example of what can happen when you give someone an opportunity, invest in them, trust them with responsibility and allow their career to evolve.

Qualifications are important.
But what happens after qualification matters too.

Sometimes the greatest success stories are the ones you get to watch develop right in front of you.

10 years, apprentice to educator.

We couldn’t be prouder of you Shai you’ve achieved so much and inspired others more than you will ever know❤️
