Can already see huge improvement on the whole group gelling together

This week we have done axles, we had three, four hour sessions. I did assembly and dissambley, I really enjoyed it and felt like I had a lot of responsibility.

Yesterday the group started work on the brackets. This was in the Z-plant and we worked for 3 hours. The managing director of UNIPRESS came in to see how we got on. We had no previous training, and considering this was our first time the tutors were impressed that we completed 175 brackets in one hour.

Massive effort yesterday, everybody working as a team on the line, good results for being thrown straight into the deep end

Yesterday I was disassembling the brackets we made, I thought it was hard, but rewarding. It was really enjoyable. /Luke
