Excellent fitness session delivered by city space staff tonight over zoom, due to no face to face training allowed 😞 brilliant effort from all the girls that took part and we are all looking forward to next weeks session😀 Team Sunderland at University of Sunderland

The girls at women’s football have been showing their support today for Show Racism The Red Card‼️‼️
This is a massive campaign that the girls and University are proud to be supporting‼️

All can join in and get involved AND every donation counts!! You just need to wear a piece of red clothing and use the take a picture and text:
