Are you looking for the perfect start to your child's learning journey?

Join us TODAY, Wednesday 18th June, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM for our Nursery Open Evening at Hasting Hill Academy!

Come and discover our vibrant and nurturing environment, specially designed to ignite curiosity and foster development in children aged 3 years or turning 3.

Our Nursery is a place where little ones thrive, offering a rich array of stimulating and enriching activities, including:

Creative Play: Exploring through art, messy play, and imaginative role-playing.
Sensory Experiences: Engaging with different textures, sounds, and materials.
Early Literacy & Numeracy: Fun with stories, songs, counting, and sorting games.
Outdoor Adventures: Discovering nature and developing gross motor skills through active play.
Building & Problem Solving: Constructing with blocks and tackling exciting puzzles.
This is a fantastic opportunity to meet our dedicated team, explore our facilities, and see first-hand how we create a happy, safe, and engaging space for every child.

Dear Parent/Carer

If your child turns 3 on or before 31st August, they may be eligible for 30 hours of free childcare starting in September 2025. To check your eligibility and apply, please visit: https://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk

We currently have spaces available for 30-hour places in September 2025.

If you are not eligible for the funded hours but would still like your child to attend additional sessions, these can be paid for at a rate of £15 per session, plus £2.30 for lunch (or you may provide a packed lunch if you prefer).

Please note:

Extra sessions must be booked and paid for one week in advance

A minimum of two sessions per week, on the same day(s), is required

Sessions are non-refundable

Exciting opportunities! We have limited spaces available for 2-year-olds and Nursery places starting September 2025. Our recent Ofsted inspection (December 2023) rated us 'Good'. Tickets are £1 per strip

Please send money in an envelope or bag with your child's name on and how many strips you would like

Office staff will go to the class and give out the raffle tickets

Raffle tickets will also be available to buy at the Christmas Fayre on Wednesday 18th December

If you're not yet a Co-op member, membership is only £1 and for every £5 a member spends with Co-op, they'll receive one free entry into the prize draw. Every month, 10 members are selected at random to receive £500 for themselves and £5,000 for their chosen Local Community Fund cause!!

Through this funding, we aim to support the running and delivery of an outdoor education and forest school programme for the children and families of Hasting Hill Academy.

Information for Two Year Old and Nursery Places for Working Parents

If you are a working parent and you qualify for your child to be in a two year old setting for fifteen hours, or for thirty hours in Nursery you need to apply for their place by the following dates:

Before 31st August if you would like your child to start in September (Autumn Term)

Before 31st December if you would like your child to start in January (Spring Term)

Before 31st March if you would like your child to start in April (Summer Term)
