Well… there’s been a lot happening behind the scenes at Intertwined! 🥰🌿

I’ve been busy meeting new people, teaching sessions, arranging new classes and watching the Branch & Roots groups grow steadily, all of which I am so very grateful for ♥️.

And then there are moments like this… 🥹✨
Some of our wonderful participants spelling out INTERTWINED with their bodies. What an image and what a beautiful reminder of what this is all about — connection, creativity, movement and people coming together. 🤎
