Week 3 of My Future, My Path! 💗

This week our ladies explored healthy eating and menopause, with plenty of practical activities, discussion and support along the way.

Each learner was also given their own laptop to use throughout the programme, helping them build their digital confidence while researching top tips for reducing food waste.

We’re so proud of the progress our ladies are making already!

Coffee, conversation and great company! 💛☕

Today we treated our lovely ladies to a coffee afternoon at Betsy Jenny Wellbeing Café in Sunderland. It was a wonderful chance to relax, share stories, enjoy a laugh and strengthen friendships.

At Uplift, we believe the little moments matter just as much as the learning. 💕

What a fab week we’ve had kicking off our Trailblazer My Future, My Path women’s-only programme.

It’s been lovely getting to know each of the wonderful ladies on the course. Everyone brings their own unique personality, experiences, and strengths, and it’s been amazing to see friendships beginning to form and confidence growing already.

We can’t wait to see what the coming weeks have in store! 🌟
