Customer Review ✨️🧘‍♀️🌙🤍

I would highly recommend the sound bath with Lucie.
Initially i didn't know what to expect but went with an open mind as the sound of deep relaxation was what I was in need of as I can never fully switch off.
Lucie puts us at ease straight away in a welcoming, safe and peaceful environment. Lucie begins using various instruments, e.g crystal bowls and chimes to varying degrees of tempo, almost immediately you feel your body relax and a sense of weightlessness as the soothing rhythmic sounds wash over you into a deep meditative state of inner peace and tranquility.
Having recently overcome a major illness and close bereavement I couldn't think straight, after attending Lucies sessions I can now focus more clearly and positively. I've also noticed a dramatic improvement in my confidence and mental and physical wellbeing. If you need to relax, unwind and reconnect with your inner self, then I definitely recommend this.

Does this sound like something you're inclined to try?
Why not join me on a Sunday morning 11am at Washington Leisure Centre

Movement = Medicine 💪

How are you showing up for yourself today.

For generations, women have been taught to be quiet.

To suppress our emotions. To not be “too much”. To keep the peace. To put everyone else first. To swallow our opinions, our anger, our hurt and sometimes even our own needs.

And when we repeatedly silence ourselves, we can begin to believe that our voice doesn’t matter.

At the end of our sound bath, I always encourage an open discussion. Someone shared something that really stayed with me: how, week after week, it feels as though more of those suppressed emotions are rising to the surface.

And perhaps that’s part of the healing.

We are finally allowing ourselves to feel the things we were once told to ignore.

In 2026, it feels beautiful to see women finding their voices. Becoming more confident in who they are. Speaking up for what they believe in. Standing firm in their values and morals. Saying no when something doesn’t feel right. Setting boundaries. Taking up space. And realising that having a voice doesn’t make us difficult, emotional or “too much”.

It makes us human.

I absolutely love the safe space we have created within our sound baths — a space where you can come exactly as you are, male or female, feel whatever needs to be felt, and speak whatever needs to be spoken.

Your opinions matter.
Your feelings matter.
Your voice matters.

You are valued, you are heard, and you are always welcome to speak. 🤍

Maybe the things rising to the surface aren’t here to break us.

Maybe they’re finally here to be released. ✨

7 years. 3 different versions of me. One thing that never changed… I was always worthy. 🤍

2019.
2021.
2026.

When I look at these three photos, I don't just see three different bodies.

I see three different chapters of my life.

There were years where I wanted desperately to change my body. Years where I didn't feel comfortable in my own skin. Years where I thought “I'll be happier when I look different.”

And then somewhere along the way, my relationship with fitness changed.

I stopped training because I hated my body and was trying to punish it.

I started training because I wanted to see what my body could do.

I wanted to become stronger.
More capable.
More confident.
More resilient.

And that's exactly why I became a Personal Trainer.

Because I've been the woman who has stood in front of the mirror and only seen what she wanted to change.

I've been the woman who has started again.

I've been the woman who has compared herself to other women.

And I've also become the woman who can look at her body and appreciate everything it allows her to do.

My body doesn't look the same as it did in 2019. And it probably won't look the same in another 7 years.

And that's okay.

Because bodies change.
Life changes.
Priorities change.
And your journey doesn't have to look like anybody else's.

What matters to me now isn't helping women become the smallest version of themselves.

It's helping women become the strongest, most confident and capable version of themselves.💪🏼

So if you're looking at your own body right now and thinking “I need to change”…

I'd love you to remember this:

You don't have to hate your body to want to change it.

You can want to get stronger.
You can want to lose fat.
You can want to build muscle.
You can want to feel confident in your clothes.
You can have aesthetic goals.

But you deserve to enjoy the process too ✨️🫶

Client Review 🏋‍♀️

I have been training with Lucie at the Everyone Active gym in the Aquatic Centre since February 2026.

When I first started, I was quite nervous about going to the gym, as I had very little prior knowledge. However, throughout my time with Lucie, she has been incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. She has provided me with tailored nutritional guidance, a structured gym plan, and weekly 1-to-1 coaching sessions.

Her approach has helped me build both my confidence and understanding of training, making the whole experience much more enjoyable and far less intimidating.

I am now making great progress in the gym, and many of my friends, work colleagues, and family have commented on the positive changes they’ve seen, from filling out my clothes more to visibly increased muscle. Alongside this, my strength has been consistently improving, which has been really motivating.

Without Lucie, I wouldn’t have the confidence I do now, and I don’t believe I would have made this level of progress on my own. She is always available to answer any questions I have, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to learn proper technique and make real progress in the gym.

Ladies, lifting heavy weights will NOT automatically make you bulky. 🏋🏼‍♀️

This is such a common thought that women have. In fact, for many women, strength training can be one of the most effective ways to change your body composition, improve your shape and help you feel stronger and more confident in your body.

💪🏼 Building muscle can help you become stronger and more defined
📏 Increasing muscle mass can help you lose inches and change your body shape
🔥 More muscle means your body uses more energy, supporting a healthy metabolism
🦴 Strength training helps support strong bones and joints
❤️ And as we get older, maintaining muscle mass becomes increasingly important for our strength, independence and overall health.
You don't need to be afraid of getting "too bulky". Building significant amounts of muscle takes time, consistency and a very specific approach.

You deserve to feel strong. You deserve to feel capable. And you deserve to take up space. 🤍

So if you've been sticking to light weights because you're worried about getting bulky, maybe it's time to rethink your approach.
Lift the heavier weight. Challenge yourself. Build the muscle. Become stronger.
And remember — strong is not something to fear. It's something to celebrate. ✨

If you're ready to learn how to strength train confidently and safely, whether you're a complete beginner or ready to take your training to the next level, I'd love to help you. 💪🏼
