🎭 Confidence starts here.

Through exciting project-based learning, our students develop acting skills, build confidence and bring stories to life in a fun, supportive environment.

At PQA, every student enjoys Comedy & Drama, Musical Theatre and Film & Television, developing creativity, resilience and essential life skills along the way. 💛💜

Our main academy is currently full, but we expect a small number of places to become available in August.

Places are still available in our Poppets 💜 (ages 4–6) classes.

If you’d like to register your interest or book a free taster session, get in touch! PQA Sunderland Pauline Quirke Academy

💚 Still smiling after an incredible day bringing Shrek Jr. to the stage on Sunday at The Blyth Phoenix Theatre

So proud of every student who performed, every family who supported, and every member of the PQA Sunderland team who helped make the magic happen. Watching our young people grow in confidence and shine under the lights is what it’s all about.

A very proud Principal. A very proud team. A very special show. 🧅👑✨
