Tomorrow is due to be super hot! Could you please make sure your little one is wearing cool clothes and has a sun hat. Please can you also make sure they have sun cream on too. If you do wish to keep them off please just let us know

We’ve had lots of requests about collecting children early tomorrow. If you want to collect from 12 onwards that is fine just pop to main office. The whole nursery closes at 3pm 💚

We’ve had ten books purchased so far, can you like and share to help us spread the word. Any little donation is much appreciated 💚💚💚

Here are the closure dates for next year for staff training

We are incredibly saddened to share that, over the weekend, Pennywell Early Years Centre was once again the target of vandalism. Someone has used what appears to be a BB gun with metal ball bearings to smash one of our office windows.

We are absolutely gutted. Over recent months, we have continued to spend valuable time and money repairing damage caused to our building and grounds, money that we would much rather be investing directly into resources, experiences and opportunities for our children.

As a nursery, we work hard every day to teach our children the importance of caring for and respecting their environment and community. We encourage kindness, responsibility and pride in the place where we live and learn. It is incredibly disappointing that our children continue to see examples of others failing to demonstrate those same values.

Pennywell Early Years Centre belongs to our whole community. We are proud to be part of Pennywell and remain committed to providing the very best environment for our children and families. However, repeated acts of vandalism have a significant impact on the Centre and ultimately divert resources away from the children who deserve them most.

🌞 Attention Parents! 🌞

We know the next couple of days are going to be very hot, and we want to assure you that we’re taking measures to keep our nursery comfortable for all our little ones.

However, we understand that some of our children may struggle in this weather. If your little one needs to stay home to beat the heat, please just let us know. Your child’s comfort and well-being are our top priority!
