Today’s theme - MOVEMENT

Moving our bodies can help change how we feel, and it doesn’t have to mean going to the gym or doing a workout. It can mean … Dancing, Walking, Kicking a ball, Going to a skate park, Stretching or Shaking it out.

Sometimes stress, worry and big emotions can show up in our bodies, as tight shoulders, butterflies in our stomach, clenched jaws or restless energy in our legs.

Movement can help us notice, express and release some of that tension. Sometimes a little movement can make a BIG difference to our mood and how we feel.
