Good classes both worked on syllabus techniques and combinations for next grade and kata to finish.

Good turn out and great work tonight in both classes, although warm the hall was quite cool. 2nd class we had a bit of a challenge for all to have a go at a couple of the 2nd Dan combinations, well done all for trying.

If you are coming to training tonight feel free to wear cooler clothing if you would like to.

Another just juniors class but 2 good groups working on kata to prepare for gradings. 2nd class good attendance work on basics and kata and focus for max and Anya on 1 step.

Quiet classes tonight but good for all. Our cadet leaders had a group or student each to teach kata all did very well. 2nd class we states together then broke into groups, A few on kata and I took Anya through all the purple belt syllabus. Good work

Everyone I think was ready for the end of school term tonight, overall all did well. A new starter who did really well with sensei Charlotte. 2nd class more serious and some good basics and kata finished with 1 step for green belt and above

Great class we got through a lot from basics, 5 step and kata. Finished with kicks on paddles. We also welcomed Arrhur moving from our Darlington club. Seniors lots of basics and kata finishing with kicks on the paddles. Thanks to all for helping tonight.

Quieter class all did really well, yellow belts and orange belts learning their new kata and everyone else on partner work. Seniors hard work throughout and kata to finish.

Another hot one 🔥 but all did great in juniors. Final look at some kata before the grading then all kicking on the paddles and finished with a game. Seniors gently through some kata, with sensei Charlotte making all kihon mirror image. Pool noodle for the jumps in the katas tonight too.
