First session in with Charlie McAdam ❤️🖤

Everything we’re after at UP Football. Wants to improve, get fitter, get stronger and is willing to put the work in.

Great attitude from day one — looking forward to seeing him progress! ⚽️💪

The youngest one in the group… and loving every second. ⚽❤️

It’s never about creating the best footballer at this age. It’s about building confident, happy children who love to move.

Movement first. Football second.

The Pull Up…..

One of the athlete standards is the pull up…..

Many people think children shouldn’t strength train, but would allow their child to do a pull up at the park if they could….. doing a pull up is exactly that…. Strength training!!

April will see a big emphasis on the athletes attending making sure they understand there weekly work for the pull up!!

Look at the range, no half reps from Harry ❤️
