Exciting news! Our next level 2 fitness instructor and level 3 personal trainer course venue has been confirmed! We’re working with The Gym Group - South Shields to offer the people of South Shields the chance to get qualified 💪🏻
The course start date will be confirmed by next week. We do know is going to be either end of Jan / start of Feb and will run 1 day a week on a Sunday!
If you want a space on this course be quick because we’re already over half full with the guys we have on waiting lists.

We’re looking at dates for our next lot of courses. We’re going to be releasing dates for the following;
Spin / Studio Cycling
Level 2 Fitness Instructor
Level 3 Personal Trainer
Level 3 Sports Massage
Again we’re offering the option to fund our course so you don’t have to pay anything until you’re earning £25k a year!!
