Last night was our last class of the summer holidays! Thanks to all those who have still been coming along. First week back at school next week, trying to settle back down into those routines.
Great effort from the kids class last night, a slightly smaller class but gave us chance to introduce them to sparring! Which seemed to be a great hit! So you can expect to seem more of that in our classes. For this students will need to think about getting their own hand pads, I roughly have around 7 pairs of club ones that students can borrow for those that don’t already have them. I’ll post some information regarding the options avaliable.
Great turn out in our adults class last night!! Actually had more in the adults class than we did in the kids! Including two guests, Georgia (friend of our other Georgia!) who used to train with us in our braintree class! And Isabel! They are also uni students, but really enjoyed the class so will likely be back whenever they are back from uni! Georgia and Georgia were in Croatia last week, and snapped this picture of them doing a high five! With their feet! Great work! It might have even been this that spurred on Georgia to come along to our class! (Also see a throw back picture to a class 6 years ago with both the georgias!
