We may have been a small class tonight, but the sweat loss and calorie burn definitely wasnβt π₯΅π₯
High-intensity training is always challenging, but throw in the heat and it takes it to another level. The good news is that training in warmer conditions can help improve your cardio fitness and endurance too. πͺ

π₯ TUESDAY TRICEPS π₯
Well those new tracks definitely made an impression tonight! π
What a class! We had everything from a little unexpected line dancing π€ to some absolute bangers that are probably going to be living rent-free in your heads for the next few days.
And then there was THAT tricep track... π₯΅π₯
It was tough. It burned. There may have been some questioning of life choices. But wow, what a track! The collective sigh (and groan π) of relief when it finally ended was almost as epic as the song itself.
That's what Barbells is all about, challenging yourself, pushing past what you thought you could do, and embracing that glorious burn. And tonight, you all absolutely smashed it! πͺ
Thank you for bringing the energy, the effort, and the laughs. It was such a fun session and I loved every minute of it.
Now go and enjoy a well earned evening and if your triceps start talking to you tomorrow, don't say I didn't warn you! π

My Monday ((BOUNCE)) army were absolutely on fire tonight bringing the energy, and the determination from start to finish. πͺπ₯
We bounced, rocked, and powered our way through an epic workout tonight, fuelled by absolute anthem tunes. πΈ

π₯ NEW WEEK, NEW TRACKS. NEW ENERGY. π₯
I had every intention of introducing the new tracks gradually but then I started listening to them.
Fast forward to me spending most of the weekend learning track after track because they're just THAT good!
π€ BLAST get ready to push through the burn and power up your cardio & stamina to an absolute belter of a rock track πΈπ€ (the longest track Iβve had to learn yet).
ποΈββοΈ BARBELLS? Every single track is a banger. The kind of playlist that makes you want to keep going.
My husband and daughter are nowhere near as excited about these playlists as I am (their loss! π), so I'm looking for my fellow music-loving fitness crew to share the hype with.

SATURDAY BLAST π₯
This morning you had the pleasure of not one, but TWO instructors as we were joined by the lovely Jules from ((B)) Long Melford. She didn't need a playlist debrief, she just stepped up to the front and absolutely smashed it, just like the rest of you! π
We enjoyed a great mix of old and new tracks this morning, plus a little bonus track thrown in for good measure, so you've all been thoroughly spoilt this morning π€£
Everyone was on top form today. I know it might seem a little evil, but those pained looks on your faces are what I live for, it means you're pushing yourselves and giving it everything you've got! πͺπ₯
The new tracks are slowly making their way into the playlist, with plenty more old and new favourites still to come. I absolutely love mixing things up and keeping you all on your toes.

THURSDAY ((B) BELLY π
Now, Iβm enthusiastic in every class (you know this by now π), but today was an absolute belter.
The tracks were fab, the energy was incredible, and you all came ready to WORK.
We got down to business with those planks, attacked those obliques like true Dancing Queens, and stretched those legs like we were all Running Up That Hill. Safe to say our midsections knew exactly what was going on tonight! π₯
Iβm genuinely so excited that I now get to teach this class every other week. The more we show up and put the work in, the easier these moves will feel and the stronger we'll all become.
Thank you for another brilliant class, for your laughs, your effort, and for making me love teaching as much as I do.
