Our trainees have spent their first day in a school today! Starting with their week long primary placement, to observe where it all begins. Meanwhile our OAK is also starting to grow!

What a wonderful time we’ve had getting to know each other on this year’s residential at Stratford-Upon-Avon. The MAD museum, River Avon boat trip, RSC exhibition, Macbeth at and then a fantastic workshop on ‘voice and presence in the classroom’ led by RSC practitioner Rachel Gartside.

Today was the last core training day of the year, so that meant… CHRISTMAS PARTY DAY! Crackers, Secret Santa, a Christmas Buffet and lots of Christmas music! All while learning about Modelling and Exposition in the morning and then Adaptive teaching! ❄️🎅🏻⭐️🎄🎁☃️🥳😀 What a wonderful bunch of future teachers you all are!
