We are absolutely thrilled to share that not one - but two members of the Bright Kids leadership team have been named as finalists at the Nursery Management Today Power List 2026!

✨ Tricia Wellings, our Chief Exec - finalist for CEO of the Year (Small Group) ✨ Emma Beard, our Operations Director - finalist for COO of the Year

The NMT Power List celebrates some of the most influential leaders in the early years sector throughout the UK, and this year's finalists list is truly impressive. With so much incredible talent across the sector, just being named as a finalist is an honour. Being crowned would be wonderful, but honestly? We're just thrilled to see Tricia and Emma recognised alongside some of the best in the sector 💙

Over the coming weeks, we'll be sharing parts of their applications to give you an insight into some of the wonderful things they've been working on over the last 12 months... and giving you a glimpse of what's planned for the rest of 2026. Watch this space.

We want to say a huge thank you to all of our wonderful families who have been part of Bright Kids throughout 2025. It’s been such a privilege to be alongside you and your children on their journeys this year - filled with growth, learning and so many special moments 💛

We are now officially closed for Christmas and New Year, and we’ll be reopening on 2nd January 2026 🎄

From all of us at Bright Kids, we wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Enjoy the time together, make beautiful memories and we can’t wait to welcome you back in the new year 🎅🎆

The teams have been amazing in preparing for today, we can't wait to see the results 😍

We haven’t yet captured the beautiful Bright Kids Group - but we’re so excited to be filming with them tomorrow! 🎥

We'll be capturing five of their wonderful settings across Birmingham, Worcestershire and Warwickshire AND we'll be back next year to capture another three when their renovations are complete 👏🏼

We can’t wait to showcase their incredible spaces, capture their personality, and turn each nursery into an immersive virtual experience that parents can explore anytime.

Tonight is the Entrepreneurs Circle Awards and we couldn’t be more excited! 😍 Hosted by the brilliant Vernon Kay, it’s set to be an evening of inspiration, celebration, and recognition for entrepreneurs across the UK 👏

We’re especially proud that our very own Tricia Wellings is a finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year! 🙌🏼 Fingers crossed as we cheer her on this evening! 💛✨
