Shires Teaching Alliance is a Regional Hub, accredited by the University of Worcester. We pride ourselves on integrity, honesty and unity.

Our alliance comprises of local outstanding or good schools, offering the opportunity to train to teach through a one year post graduate programme. Shires Teaching Alliance is a community of local schools in Warwickshire and Worcestershire, working together to develop teachers and educators from entry level, to headship. We offer teacher training, in partnership with University or Worcester, school support and professional development in a variety of ways.

If you or anyone you know has considered teaching as a career, we offer a one year programme, based at Studley High and other local schools to become a Secondary Teacher. You will gain a PGCE and help shape the lives of our local young people.
