Huge congratulations to our incredible students celebrating amazing A-Level success today! 🥳

So many of our sixth formers matched or exceeded their offers, securing places at top-tier universities nationwide—including Oxford, Cambridge, Warwick, King’s College London, and other Russell Group institutions.

We are incredibly proud of the diverse paths our students are tracking into. From Earth Sciences, Chemistry, and English at Oxford to Classics at Cambridge, Medicine at Leeds, Vet Science at Nottingham/Lancashire, Dentistry at Birmingham, and Physiotherapy at King’s—the future looks incredibly bright!

Shoutout also to the students who have landed highly competitive Level 6 and Level 7 apprenticeships with industry leaders like Babcock International, Hazlewoods, and CGI! Your hard work has paid off. We wish you all the absolute best in your next chapters.

Huge congratulations to Sophia in Y12 who made it to the national final for the Economics Olympiad - in the top 3% of participants worldwide and one of only three girls from the south-west and one of only 15 girls from state schools. The event was held at SOAS University and included talks from leading economists including Linda Yueh, Dr Yannis Dafarmos, Soumaya Keynes and Ha-Joon Chang.
Sophia said: ‘ Before the Olympiad, I often thought of Economics as a subject built mainly on assumptions. Whilst this remains true in many circumstances, I can now understand its greater complexity – how inherently interdisciplinary the subject really is. Throughout the talks I found myself making connections between economics, geography, behavioural patterns and sustainability. The experience reinforced my enthusiasm to continue studying economics both inside and outside of the curriculum as well as driving my ambition and curiosity to explore the subject from a range of perspectives.’
