The Eliza Education platform has been designed by teachers, for teachers. We recognise that developing a well-being program for a whole school isn’t easy and the Eliza Education system is flexible and intelligent, making it easy for schools to plan their own bespoke program.

Introducing the Eliza Education Smart Scheduler

The smart scheduler is an interactive calendar that allows coordinators to place the session they want, where they want throughout the year. This makes it easy if different year groups are on different timetables if you want to add a drop-down day or a focus week, or if the needs of your students differ from year group to year group.
Every time a session is placed into the smart scheduler, the statutory outcomes being met by the session are recorded so that coordinators can be confident that they comply with the DfE RSHE guidance and can generate evidence of this at the touch of a button.
Schools also have the option of inputting their own resources, sessions, or external speakers into the smart scheduler, creating a bespoke, and easy-to-manage program.
Individual teachers and form tutors can choose from a wide range of sessions that can be incorporated into subject lessons and tutor or house time so that the three pillars that make up the Eliza Education program (Self-worth, happiness, and resilience) can be fully integrated into school life in a way that works for you and your students.

Well-being and PSHE lessons can be challenging to both plan and deliver. Eliza Education provides the highest quality resources to help teachers feel confident to teach topics they may have had little to no training in. From conception, IVF, STIs, and contraception through to how to get better sleep, and managing stress, lessons are all inclusive of the latest knowledge and advice all backed up by rigorous scientific and pedogeological research. Emotionally challenging topics such as coercive control, sexual violence, FGM, and domestic abuse, along with the rest of our resources are written from a trauma-informed standpoint. The rationale behind delivering these tricky lessons in this way is explained clearly and succinctly in our short training videos that can be accessed alongside the lesson resources. It is our mission that no student should feel shame, embarrassment, self-consciousness, or be re-traumatised by any of our lesson content and that all students should be able to use their learning to empower their own lives.
