Hi all, Some of us are out today at Miserden, the price of a Minibus was far too high so we have used our own cars and crammed them full, do join us if you can get a lift. The Chapel will be open as usual for those who want to paint etc. M

Dear Fellow Artists,
After listening to news of rise in Covid infections especially in our area Infection rate has gone up from 150 to over 700, I personally feel we should err on the side of caution and keep things as they are for the foreseeable future ie: wearing masks and keeping to alternate weeks.We have winter coming up so doors will be closed with less ventilation and we are a vulnerable group, I am sorry to backtrack but feel it would be unwise to change things at this time

Art Restart
I have been advised of the rules by Clive, Terry Gillard and government policies for our return to Art, and are as follows.......
1, I will arrive at 9.30 am half an hour before everyone else to open back and front doors, these will stay open for the duration of our stay,access will be by one door and exit by the other.
2,Please sanitise hands on entry sanitiser will be in, front porch area, Masks must be worn at all times, with the exception of, leader, giving information from, front, of the Schoolroom.
3,Use, same chair and table.for each session and be aware of 2metre social distancing.
4,Bring your own Materials where possible this will cut down on handling contents of the Cupboard.
5,Bring your own refreshments and sanitiser, this will cut down on kitchen usage, just one person will fill water jars.
6,If we just use the disabled toilet with washing facilities and use paper towels, this will cut out having to clean the main toilets.
7,Please bring, exact money £2.50.
8, Before leaving,Anti bacterial wipes will be provided and must be used to wipe down Tables and Chairs and every surface that has been used.
9,Our number must not exceed 12 in attendance at one session, This being so I have been advised to split the class and to do alternate weeks so that everyone can be accomodated once a fortnight.
10, The main sanctuary is reserved for Church use only
This may change as government policies and restrictions may alter!!

Going through our list of Members we have 24 regulars that can be accommodated on an alternate weekly basis.Where possible I have arranged for Members to use their usual Tables and somewhat in their usual groups and not exceed 3 to a table or 12 at any session.

Our first Day back will be on the 22nd July at 10am the list of Members to attend on this date are as follows.....
