🌻 WE ARE HIRING: Playleader at Rodborough Playgroup! 🌻

Are you an inspiring early years professional looking for a rewarding leadership role in the heart of our community?
We are looking for a passionate, qualified Playleader to lead our wonderful setting on the edge of beautiful Rodborough Common. If you love outdoor play, child-led learning, and nurturing young minds in a warm, collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you!

🎒 The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- At least 2 years' experience within an Early Years setting
- Expert knowledge of the EYFS framework, Ofsted requirements, and robust safeguarding practices.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- GCSE Maths Pass
- Experience and/or training working with SEN children
