This month focusing on our inner confidence and the parts that don’t like us showing up - or push us to shine!

Im back in Stroud now so if your secondary school child needs some science/maths help from a friendly teenager do be in contact with me. Low cost group healing circles - 2025 itinerary

Please do come along - or pass on to friends and family re these low cost Internal Family Systems (IFS) healing circles in Stroud (or online).

Held by Natasha Wilson, a UKCP psychotherapist and IFS certified therapist.

These experiential healing circles are designed to guide you through the transformative steps of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, where we explore our internal parts and the qualities of Self with added Choice.

Whether you’re a regular participant or new to IFS, these open, drop-in sessions offer a welcoming space for personal healing and growth. These circles are not closed—you’re invited to attend any session that resonates with you!

The Stroud Drop Ins are entirely donations based with all proceeds going to the amazing Long Table, providing good meals for our community, and for room hire 💜.
