PIANO & VIOLIN TEACHER: TSUKUSHI
🔸Background: Tsukushi Mitsuda is a pianist and graduate from the Royal Northern College of Music with First Class Honours in her Bachelor of Music and Distinction in her Master of Music in Performance degrees. She has gained a wide range of experience through her study with Mayumi Inaba, Yoshiko Onishi, Jeremy Carter, and SallyAnn Macleod. She also studied violin with Noriko Yamamoto and Fiona Gosling. Tsukushi has been regularly performing solo recitals. In January 2024, she played in the pre-concert performance for the BBC Philharmonic at the Bridgewater Hall, Manchester. As Piano Duo Adelie with Minsung Park, she performed with the Haffner Orchestra in June 2026. At the RNCM, Tsukushi has enthusiastically attended several learning opportunities with renowned pianists. She has had lessons or masterclasses with Jean-Efflam Bavouzet, Sir Stephen Hough, Maurizio Baglini and Boaz Sharon. Tsukushi has achieved excellent results in competitions. She was finalists for the Wales International Piano Festival and RNCM Chopin Prize. Her piano duo with Minsung Park won the RNCM Piano Duo Prize 2025. Also, she has been awarded Amanda Ira Aldridge Honourable Mention with Glesni Jones the singer at the Williams-Howard Prize at the RNCM.
