Please stay safe out there!

I know the majority of our swimmers are young and will have a parent nearby BUT all of the team please ask you be aware of open water in this heat. Talk to your young ones about open water and the dangers. We don't want to scare them but even yesterday we had a lovely walk at Chasewater and spoke to our children (8 and 11years old) about possible dangers and although it looks enticing and cool, it isn't.

Enjoy the weather. Stay hydrated
