💖💖 World Mental Health Day 💖💖

I spotted this lovely reminder and thought it needed a little glow-up…Clubbercise style obviously! 💖💛💚

We spend time looking after everyone else, chasing the to-do lists and trying to keep all the plates spinning that sometimes we forget about ourselves.

So today’s reminder is to give yourself the same kindness, patience and understanding you give everyone else. You don’t have to be firing on all cylinders every day and it’s OK to have days when your own batteries need recharging🔋✨

Whether you’re smashing your goals or just getting through the day, you’re still a 10/10! 💯
