Some lovely moments from last Friday’s Staff and Students Concert 🎶

The evening featured piano and vocal duets, a string quartet, piano quintet, Jazz Band, Brass Ensemble, Chamber Orchestra, Percussion Ensemble, and Striking Sounds.
Before the final performance, two upper sixth percussionist gave a heartfelt farewell to our Head of Percussion, Mr Little, celebrating 33 years at Millfield and the countless students he has inspired.

Our annual Performance Fortnight begins next Monday (8 June), celebrating a wide range of music from our students, staff, and wider community.

All events are free — we would love to have you join us as part of our Performance Fortnight!

A full house and wonderful performances by our talented student soloists, Millfield Pop Orchestra, Millfield Orchestra, Symphonic Winds and String Orchestra. A truly memorable night! 🎶🎸

Photos from our Wells Cathedral Concert last week.

It was a fantastic evening, with Camerata, Millfield Community Choir, Millfield Festival Orchestra, Millfield Orchestra, and Millfield Singers all performing together.
We were also delighted to feature U6 scholars Ivan T and Jack L as our concerto soloists.
The programme, created in collaboration with Space Week and inspired by the theme of space, added a thoughtful and imaginative dimension to the evening.
