A massive thankyou for the love and kindness shown to us from you all at today's party.
The presents, chocolates and flowers are beyond generous of you all and we truly appreciate it.
The nursery has served street for many years and we have had the privilege of taking the last 5 of those together. Your children are amazing and it's been our absolute pleasure helping them grow and learn.

💃Leaver's Ceremony💃
For our preschoolers, today we held a lovely show in front of their families. The children have worked so hard over the last few weeks to learn the songs and makaton signs. We hope you all enjoyed it!
We want to wish our preschoolers the best of luck for their next adventure to big school! Well done everyone!

🐌 🐍 Zoo Labs 🕷 🪳
Today we had a fantastic time with Benedict from ZooLab
He brought his pets with him for the children to explore. We met Oscar the snail, Maxine the cockroach, Regina the spider, Olive the millipede and Pumpkin the snake.
The children asked insightful questions such as, "why do snails have shells" and "why do snakes stick their tongues out".
Everybody was very gentle with our little friends, and the visit of course prompted a lot of wonderful conversation amongst the children.
Every child, including our 2 year olds remained mesmerised for over half an hour! A fantastic end to the week.

Today the children fell in love with our special little visitor, Rosie the tortoise.
So much valuable learning achieved from the curiosity shown by our little ones this morning. We weighed Rosie and gave her a clean. The children also fed her and stroked her, with so many saying "I love Rosie" 💚
