It’s just over a month until the 2026 Strathaven Balloon Festival. Last year was the 25th anniversary festival and we were so grateful for all the support you gave us.

This year we are looking at over £50000 to put on the festival and we are asking for your help to make sure we can continue to run this fabulous event for many years to come.

We have to raise this money every year with no financial support from local or Scottish Government and every penny you can donate will help us.

🌟 Exciting News, Strathaven Stars! 🌟
We're thrilled to announce that Strathaven Stars will be performing a musical show at this year's Strathaven Balloon Festival this August! 🎭🎶🎈
That means it's almost time to get back together and start rehearsals. We can't wait to see all of our amazing young performers again as we sing, dance, act, and work towards another fantastic performance.

So start warming up those voices, dust off those dancing shoes, and get ready for plenty of fun, laughter, and hard work. Rehearsals will be starting soon, and we'll share all the details very shortly.

It's going to be an unforgettable performance, and we can't wait to see you all shine on stage!

Important announcement 📣

Last call for sweater/t-shirt orders — I’ll be sending the order away next week.

Also, this is the final call for returning students for August. Spaces will be offered to children on the waiting list, so if I do not hear from you by Sunday 31st May, I will assume the space is no longer required and it will be backfilled to give another child the opportunity to join us.

I have posted a list of the names I that have confirmed so far on band.
