Today we had a class of 2026 reunion.

We welcomed back some of the children who went to school, to see them in their uniform and for their friends to see them again.

We had a party and some treats and it was lovely seeing them all again, they all look so grown up ❤️

A lovely thank you from Strathaven after school club.
Many of our past children go onto the club once they are finished at nursery and it's lovely to see many names I recognise.
We had some outdoor equipment that wasn't used which we acquired from the sainsburys vouchers many years ago so thought it would be better utilised by the older children.

Really appreciate the hand written letter and even more so, the hand drawn Sweetie Brae logo, its fab 👌

I always brought my own 2 kids up to write thank you letters for any gifts they received as it was always greatly appreciated. So instead of texts, dm's, etc etc encourage your children to write little notes as this will help to develop hand writing skills and also appreciation for what they have received. 😊❤️

Today we celebrated our Class of 2026 🎓

Our Graduation ceremoney took place today at Strathaven Town Mill and the children all did amazing.

It's hard saying goodbye but we all know they are ready for their next chapter at school and they will all thrive and achieve amazing things.

Thank you for letting us be a chapter in your child's life and for letting us be part of their village ❤️

To all the special men who play a special role in our children's life Happy Fathers Day.

To all the dads, step dads, grandpas, papas, grandas, uncles and kinship dads, we hope you all have a lovely day celebrating with your little ones, making memories that will last a lifetime.

To all the dads who are doing it on their own and having to be two parents you are all doing amazing and deserve this special day.

We are also thinking of everyone whose dad is sadly not with them anymore, they will be so proud of you and always watching over you 💙

Thank you to everyone who came along today and took part in the gala parade.

We had an amazing turn out, and all the children and even the adult looked amazing. Everyone put in a great effort ❤️

Due to high volume of enquires currently coming through our mailbox and a high number of show around already booked in.

We will be closing our enquiry and waiting list at 6pm tomorrow the 12th June until 31st July 2026.

This will allow us to orgainise our numbers and look at the availabilty we have.

We currently have very limited availabilty within the nursery.

We currently do not have a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays available in the baby room until November 2027.

We only have 2 space left on a Thursday in our 2 to 3 room until March 2027.

We currently only have 2 spaces left in the whole of the nursery on a Wednesday until August 2027.

We are recruiting a cleaner❗️

We are looking for a cleaner to work 20 hours a week Monday to Friday hours can be:

6am to 10am or 4pm to 8pm

General day to day cleaning of the whole nursery building, keeping on top of the washing and completing monthly cleaning tasks.
