Modern Arnis is founded by the late Prof. Remy A. Presas. Dayang Uli is a personal student of one of the successors, Master of Tapi Tapi Gaby Roloff.
Parkrun compass challenge completed. I am still not back to normal with my dodgy knee but I took it easy and made it.

Hampton Court Palace 10k done. Lovely course. I took it very easy today, first race and longest run after my fall and I am very happy I could somehow run and race again.
