The title of Una Mcllvenna's paper, 'Pleasure and Delight at the Fair Theatres in Early Modern Paris', is an accurate description of the content of her delightful talk, which gives a lively whistle-stop tour of outdoor theatre and fairs in early modern France.

Nicole Sheriko speaks about 'The Puppet Interpreter & Audience Delight', suggesting how puppets delighted people in the early modern period, and explains how the figure of the puppet interpreter can provide a different understanding of interpreters in early modern plays.
