Wow… what an incredible weekend.
It’s hard to capture it all in just a few words - a beautiful mix of relaxation, yoga, wellbeing, connection… and so much laughter. Even storm Claudia added to the magic🌧

A huge thank you to for looking after us so wonderfully, and to for the most delicious food throughout the weekend.

And of course, to the amazing women who trusted us, showed up fully, and made this retreat what it was - we’re so grateful for you.

The shift is subtle, but it’s here.

Today marks the Autumn Equinox – a moment of balance between light and dark, warmth and cool, energy and stillness.

This morning’s walk brought sunshine, blue skies, and peaceful river views – not yet the fiery tones of autumn, but a quiet reminder that change is gently unfolding.

As we move into this new season, it’s a beautiful time to pause and reflect:

🌿 What do you want to carry forward?
🌿 What small shifts are calling to you?
