Thank you to everyone who came to our Summer Music Concert this afternoon. From the recorder group and drum solo to the choir and everything in between, the children were true stars. We are so proud of every performer and grateful to everyone who came along to support them.

As we come to the end of a very hot week, we just wanted to say how incredibly proud we are of our whole Bridgetown School community.

Our children have shown fantastic resilience, our staff have gone above and beyond with their flexibility, and our families have been wonderfully supportive throughout. Together, we have adapted, kept smiling and made the best of a challenging few days.

A huge thank you to everyone for playing their part. It is safe to say we are all looking forward to the cooler weather that next week will bring!

Reception hosted a wonderful Generation Day picnic this afternoon, bringing together children, grandparents and special family members for a memorable afternoon of fun and connection. It was lovely to see so many families joining us, with one dedicated grandparent even travelling all the way from London to spend the day with us. Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the event so special. The smiles, conversations and shared memories truly made it an afternoon to remember!

As part of our new Dimensions Curriculum, our whole school focus this half term is Conservation. 🌍🌳🌊

The children loved today’s exciting assembly with Severn Trent Water, learning all about how we can protect and conserve our wonderful water! 💦

Year 5 then took part in interactive workshops linked to their learning on Global Warming, exploring how we can all help care for our planet.

A fantastic morning of learning and inspiration!

We are delighted to present our brand-new Sensory Room at Bridgetown School!

This fantastic space will provide a calm, engaging and supportive environment for our children, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who helped bring the project to life.
