As we head into results week, remember this: grades measure a moment, not your worth. You are skills, talents, kindness, resilience, creativity — and so much more than a number on a piece of paper.

If you don’t get the results you hoped for, it’s not the end — there are always other options. And if school didn’t work for you, maybe we can help you find a different path that does

We're looking for a Transition Support Tutor to join our team in Stratford-upon-Avon, supporting young people aged 16–25 with EHCPs who need a more personalised route into education.

This role is all about meeting young people where they are. Whether that's at home, in the community or in small group settings, you'll help learners build confidence, develop life skills and work towards re-engaging with learning, employment or centre-based provision.

âś” The ability to build trusting, positive relationships
âś” A calm, patient and adaptable approach
âś” Experience delivering 1:1 or small-group support
âś” A genuine belief that every young person can make progress with the right support

Our mission:
At New Meaning Training, we support young people who haven't always had a straightforward experience of education. Through practical learning, personalised support and high expectations, we help learners build confidence and discover what they're capable of.

Benefits include:

✨ Pension & Blue Light Card discounts
✨ Wellbeing support & birthday voucher
✨ Training, CPD and career development
✨ A supportive, values-led workplace
