It is important that if you are expecting your child to be dropped off and maybe collected from the disco tomorrow, you notify us of this.
For any child whose parent has not given us permission to drop them off/collect will have to remain at Clubhouse.

‼️ IMPORTANT CHANGE FROM 17th March 2026 ‼️

Mobile phones 📱

We recognise that mobile phones are part of everyday life for many children and have noticed more children are starting to bring mobiles in their bags. We can understand that they can play an important role in helping pupils to feel safe and secure. However, we also recognise that they can prove a distraction and can provide a means of bullying or intimidating others if used inappropriately.

From tomorrow 17th March 2026 we will be asking children on arrival to hand over their mobiles at the door for them to be locked away. Their name, class and phone description will be recorded and phones stored away so children don’t have access. At the end of Breakfast club we will sign mobiles back to the child and after school we will collect straight from the class teachers. It is your child’s responsibility to make sure they collect from us in the morning or the phone gets handed over in the afternoon.

Mobiles brought into Clubhouse are at owners own risk. Clubhouse is not responsible for any lost or damaged mobiles.
Any phones discovered that have not been handed in will be confiscated and parents contacted to arrange collection.

I hope you can understand the importance of protecting our chidlren.

We will speak to the children. Please could you also make them aware of the expectation.

🐣 Holiday Club this Easter Holiday 🐣

Open - Monday 30th March until Friday 11th April and the PD day on Monday 13th April. 8am-5:30pm.

Please note we will be closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday.

Prices start from £4.50 an hour to £30 all day, giving you flexibility to book any duration/times during our opening hours.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Cinema this morning. We hope the children enjoyed the movie as much as the adults did.

🎬 Cinema trip 🎬 Friday 19th December 2025

Please drop off from 9:40am at the Regal, Stowmarket. The doors will not open before. The film will start around 10am.
Please do not bring any personal belongings besides a coat.

Some of the things we’ve been doing at Clubhouse this second half of the autumn term. We are finishing the term with Christmas movies, songs and abit of dancing 🪩
Reminder that we close on the last day of term which is Thursday 18th December 2025 and reopen on Monday 5th January 2026 ready for the Spring term.
