What decision to make.

Then we wonder why players struggle to make decisions themselves on match day.

Good coaching isn’t necessarily about saying more.

Sometimes it’s about designing the right environment and getting out of the way.

Give players problems to solve.
Let them make mistakes.
Ask questions.
Let the game teach.

And intervene when your coaching can genuinely make a difference.

We’re not suggesting coaches aren’t important — quite the opposite.

We’re suggesting that great coaching doesn’t always look like coaching.

We’re excited to officially launch our NEW Junior Development Academy for U10–U12 players. 🏉

Following the growth of our Development Academy, we wanted to create more opportunities for younger players to access additional high-quality coaching alongside their school and club rugby.

The Junior Development Academy will focus on developing core skills, confidence, decision-making and game understanding in a fun and challenging environment.
