I teach self-defence privately to clients on a 1 to 1 or 1 to 2 basis from my training room in Stowupland, Stowmarket. I have many regular clients (male and female) but do have some vacant slots for regular training or for my 12 hour (weekly hour or two hours) self-contained comprehensive defence course, where I deal with the most common types of assault that people might encounter in modern day life. My techniques use the most useful elements from several martial arts including Wing Chun, Jeet Kune Do, Brazilian Ju Jitsu, Krav Maga, Karate and Boxing.
