✨🌿 3 MINDSET SHIFTS THAT CAN CHANGE YOUR ENERGY 🌿✨

Have you ever noticed how quickly your energy can change when your thoughts change?

The way we think about ourselves, other people and the experiences we go through can have a powerful influence on how we feel, respond and move forward.

In my August blog, I explore three mindset shifts that I believe are worth reflecting on:

💫 1. The people who trigger you can be your greatest teachers.

Instead of allowing someone else's behaviour to drain your energy, pause and ask:

“What is this experience teaching me about myself?”

That shift from reaction to curiosity can help you reclaim your energy.

💭 2. You are NOT your thoughts.

If you think, “I'm not good enough,” don't automatically accept it as truth.

Ask yourself:

Is this thought true?
Where is the evidence?

You have the power to observe your thoughts rather than allowing them to control your energy.

🌱 3. Painful experiences are not necessarily permanent.

Something difficult may have happened to you, but it doesn't have to become who you are.

Instead of “This is me,” try:

“This happened to me, but this isn't where my story ends.”

That small shift can create space for hope, possibility and a different energy moving forward.

✨ Your thoughts influence your energy.
Your experiences don't have to define you.
And you have more power than you may realise.

For those who have lost their homes.
For those whose homes have been damaged.
For those who have been displaced.
For those feeling frightened, anxious or overwhelmed.
For the emergency services who have worked tirelessly to protect our community.
And for everyone who has been touched by what has happened. ❤️

You don't need to be in Stourbridge to take part.

At 9pm, simply find a quiet space, connect with your Reiki energy and send healing with the intention of supporting everyone affected. 🌿✨

Let's come together as Reiki practitioners and create a beautiful collective wave of Love, Light, Peace & Healing Energy for our community. 💚🙏🏻

❤️ STOURBRIDGE — WHAT A COMMUNITY WE ARE ❤️

Over the past few days, our hometown has faced unimaginable devastation as fires have torn through homes and communities.

My heart goes out to everyone who has lost their homes, belongings and so much more. The pain, shock and uncertainty are beyond words. 💔

And to our incredible emergency services — thank you. 🙏🏻 Your bravery, dedication and tireless efforts to contain the fires and help evacuate residents safely have been nothing short of heroic. ❤️‍🔥

But amongst all the devastation, we have also seen something incredibly powerful…

The spirit of Stourbridge. ❤️

Businesses have opened their doors to provide shelter, food and drinks. People have donated clothes, food, water and money. Neighbours have checked on neighbours, and people have come together to help complete strangers.

In some of the darkest moments, our town has shown its brightest spirit. ✨

As someone who lives and works in this wonderful community, I have never been prouder to call Stourbridge home. 🥹❤️

This is what community is all about.

Looking after one another. Showing kindness. Offering support. Standing together when it matters most.

To everyone who has helped in any way — whether you've opened your doors, made a donation, offered practical support, checked in on someone or simply shared information — thank you. 🙏🏻

And to everyone affected by the fires, please know that you are surrounded by people who care. ❤️

Release • New Beginnings • Nurturing Feminine Energy

As we move into the energy of this New Moon Eclipse in Leo, there is a powerful invitation to let go before we call in the new. 🌿

Sometimes we are so focused on setting intentions, manifesting and moving forwards that we forget one of the most important parts of the process…

We need to create space first.

💫 RELEASE
What are you still carrying that you know you no longer need?
Old patterns. Old fears. Limiting beliefs. Expectations. Situations that have run their course.

Ask yourself:
“What do I know I need to release in order to move forwards?”

🌱 NEW BEGINNINGS
Once we release what no longer serves us, we create space for something new.

New energy.
New possibilities.
New intentions.
A new version of ourselves.

And perhaps this New Moon is reminding you that you don't have to know exactly what comes next. Sometimes you simply need to trust the process.

🌸 NURTURING FEMININE ENERGY
There is also an invitation to soften.

To move away from constantly doing, pushing and achieving and towards nurturing, receiving, listening and trusting.

To reconnect with your intuition.
To listen to your body.
To honour your emotions.
To create more balance between action and rest.

Your intuition often speaks quietly — and when life becomes too busy, we can forget to listen. 💗

As a Reiki Master, I believe creating moments of stillness can be incredibly powerful. Reiki can offer a beautiful opportunity to pause, reconnect with yourself and create space for reflection and inner awareness. ✨

So as this New Moon Eclipse unfolds, ask yourself:

🌑 What am I ready to release?
🌱 What new beginning am I creating space for?
🌸 Where could I nurture myself more deeply?
💫 What is my intuition trying to tell me?

Remember…

You don't have to force your next chapter.
Sometimes you simply need to release what is holding you back, soften, listen within and trust what comes next. ❤️
