What a great day we had at the 3rd annual ATUK Day on Saturday.
The sold out event saw Masters, Instructors and students from all over the UK come together to train, learn and develop their Taekwondo-Do skills.
A huge thank you to everyone involved in what was an excellent day.
Well done to all our students who trained. We’re sure you learnt so much over the 6 hours of training and we hope it has inspired you to continue to grow in Taekwon-Do.

🔥 ATUK DAY 2026 WHAT A FANTASTIC DAY! 🔥

What a brilliant day of training, learning and development at ATUK Day 2026.

It was fantastic to share the floor with so many like-minded martial artists, all coming together with the same goal - to develop our Taekwon-Do skills, broaden our knowledge and continue moving forward together.

Throughout the day, students had the opportunity to train across:

The day was completely sold out, and seeing the mats full of people training, learning, challenging themselves and supporting one another was exactly what ATUK Day is all about.

Another one of our students is moving on to the next chapter! Will has started his degree apprenticeship this month! He leaves with our best wishes, as he has been an outstanding role model to the other students and has also been a great assistant instructor during his time with us. This evening we said goodbye to another of our long term students! Alex is off to start her new adventure at Durham University. We have seen Alex grow from a quiet unassuming little girl into a strong and determined young lady. We are going to miss her, but wish her all the best and hope to see her when she’s back to visit. 😁

Congratulations to everyone who graded at today’s club grading day.
The Little Kickers started the day off with some strong performances and lots of smiles.
The Juniors and Adults carried on the positive start, demonstrating increasing levels of proficiency and skill.
Well done to everyone who promoted today. You have taken another step on your Taekwon-Do journey and are now one step closer to Black belt. We look forward to seeing you continue your training.
A big Thank You to all of the assistant instructors who gave up their Saturday to help out at the grading. It’s much appreciated.

Last night we said goodbye to another of our students embarking on the next part of their journey! Ryan has trained with us for over 10 years, joining our Little Kickers class and now a 2nd Dan Black Belt! A model student who always trains with a smile on his face, and will be greatly missed in class. Best of luck at university, and we look forward to seeing you when you come home. 😁
