This week we kick off this years Summer Camp with Sticks Training 🥢

Using an Alphabet Letters system that is extremely effect for fast learning and engagement to developing strikes and blocking.

This is a great way to build massive coordination that can be transferred accross to all Martial Arts training, sports and general life.

Coordination has a direct link to building self confidence and trust in a child's physical development.

As it is summer camp there will also be plenty of time for fun and games in addition to the sticks training. 🥳

Summer Camp sessions are every Tuesday & Thursday 10.30am - 12noon throughout August.

Only £15 per session or discounted to £25 when booking on a full week. 💪🏼

This Easter Holiday Seminar will be focusing on SMASHING through barriers.

I promised I would put another one on so LETS GO! 💥 💥 💥 💥

The best part of this seminar isn’t the breaking boards… it’s the method used to unlock the POWER within. 💥
At the end of the seminar we will be using that inner strength to SMASH through Break Boards! (This is perfectly safe and we have been teaching this course for over 15 years with zero Injuries).

There will never be a love on earth stronger than that of a Mother for their child... It is unmeasurable but at it is clear as day.

The TIME , ENERGY , SACRIFICE and JOY we experience at the school hundreds of times every single day from the Mothers / Guardians / Grandmothers that share their children's experiences through SUPPORT , MOTIVATION , COMMITMENT and PASSION display love in real form.

Love is cuddles and laughter yes...
but it is also

♥️ battling through traffic to make classes and other events
♥️ practicing press-ups together (if only to show you understand how hard they are)
♥️ being honest about behaviour without losing your temper so resolve can be reach together
♥️ wiping the tear away and lifting their chin when they have a set back because you believe in them
♥️ being there for their proud moments and their set backs
♥️ cuting a night out slightly short so you are fresh to be their for them the next day
♥️ listening to a song for the thousandth time because you know it's their favourite
♥️ having to listen to Alex talk about the importance of hydration every time you come into reception 🤣🤣

The list goes on and on and will never stop growing...
but the greatest one is

♥️knowing that all your efforts will never truly be understood or appreciated to match their level but it doesn't matter as the power of unconditional love drives through you.

Mothers we salute you and no coach could ever do their job fully without the driving force that is you.
