Just because it’s a smaller class over half term. We are still open for business. It gives us the opportunity to work with our higher grades preparing them for there next grading.

Why not start Monday with some energy and movement. It’s always tricky after being at work. Come down to us an learn many different skills and to get moving on a Monday.

MOTHERS DAY SPECIAL

On the 16th of March we are offering a free lesson for all new joining mums. This includes self defence , group training and general fitness for all ages of people.
7:45pm to 8:45pm. At old Stratford community hall.
