We thank George’s parents for giving us permission to share their story.

Everyone meet George.

George is our very own superhero!

Over the last few years, George has been attending The Croft Nursery - Chapelton starting as a baby. Everyone at The Croft have been honoured and privileged to be part of his story.

George has a rare congenital condition called Oesophageal Atresia (OA) and Tracheo-Oesophageal Fistula (TOF), a condition which affects around 1 in every 3,500 babies.

As George embarks on his next mission after the summer holiday, we feel it is fitting to hold some fundraising events for the charity which has provided him and his family with some incredible support.

Any donations to our fundraiser will be hugely appreciated and can be made via the below link.

Grampian City U14s visited Stonehaven in the second grading game. The rain over night made the pitch heavy . Stonehaven started with a depleated squad due to having a few not available game. The game was played in great spirits with both teams playing well.

Credit to the Stonhaven Girls who battled against a well organised Grampian team. Grampian were strong in possession and clinical in front of goal.

Stonehaven continued to play some great football and were resilient breaking through a few times to get shots on the Grampian goal.

Grampian continued to press high and get rewards for there pressure on the ball. A difficult day for the girls from stonehaven but credit to the effort they all put in.

Thanks to our sponsors Aaron Pirie Photography and The Croft Nurseries Ltd and thanks to a creative mum for the photoshop of our keeper who had to run for dancing 💃 😀

Well done to 2020 together for supporting this campaign and to all the nurseries committed to fighting for every child.

Dear Parents/Carers
Just to advise that information about two year only funding on the HMRC Tax For Childcare site is only relevant to England at this time.
When it is available in Scotland there is likely to be an application process similar to that for 3 and 4 year old funding.
We will let you know as soon as we have any information.
Kind Regards
The Nursery and OOS Team

Dear Parent/carer

As we continue to work with our sector colleagues to fight for a fairer childcare funding settlement for our children, nurseries across Scotland are looking for support from all Parents and Carers to help us achieve fair and equitable funding for all children who are legible for funded placements in Scotland regardless of which type of setting they attend. Please support us by signing the petition in the attached Link.

Many Thanks for supporting us work towards "funding follows the child" and for equity for every child in Scotland.
