Huge well done to my STRONG GIRLS this evening - are your arms ok???? Yikes 🫠

New routine next week so a perfect time to come and join in with the fun! Remember it's so important to lift weights, so many benefits. You lift the weight you want to (unless I know you need a wee nudge to lift a bit heavier 🤪) but you choose your options during class and there is never any pressure to 'keep up'

I also seem to have aquired a beautiful water bottle - if its yours please let me know and I can drop it off or arrange collection 🙌

Classes are all on this week for you! What are you picking and committing to this week? I only have 1 space left for todays class - so be quick and go book it 💪

All other classes are drop in and you can just show up - no need to pre book. It would be wonderful to see you all at classes this week. 🙌 Everyone is always welcome to join in.
