Hands-On Chocolate Masterclasses with Master Chocolatier
Paul A.Young.
Our hands-on chocolate classes dig a little deeper than most, so that you learn new skills, master techniques and have a lot of fun.
Why should you choose us to take your first step in making amazing chocolates that will Wow! you and your friends?
Learn from the very best in the industry. Paul has twenty years of experience of handcrafting world award-winning chocolates using techniques that you can learn and take home so you can create your own Chocolates At Home. He even shares his skills on BBC 1 Saturday Kitchen and works industry-wide wide sharing his unique skills and techniques.
We are called Chocolate At Home because Paul started making chocolates at home twenty years ago and grew it into a successful chocolate business in London.
We only use high-quality natural ingredients in all our classes, including chocolate from Guittard Chocolate Company and sugar from Billington's Sugar
Everything is made by hand, even all the chocolate tempering, is by hand, so that you learn the skills fully hands-on. Nothing beats getting your hands a bit dirty when learning new skills.
Your class takes place in a safe, friendly and luxurious environment so that you feel indulged and treated. Chocolate, after all, is the most luxurious food we have.
You take home everything you make, a branded apron, recipes, and suppliers details, plus a generous amount of tasters and nibbles during your chocolate class.
Do all classes finish on time? No! We get excited and are generous with time, so you won't be rushed or asked to leave until you have finished creating and making. We are passionate about teaching, and this can take time.
Can Children attend a class? Yes, we recommend 10 years and over for all our classes.
Can I host an event for a group or work team? Yes, we can seat up to 20 people for a tutored chocolate tasting and demonstrations with lots of tasters and information.
We are located close to Stone train station, have free parking and are flexible with all class start and finish times.
And The Sweet Shop Of Whitebridge is part of our studio space, so another wonderful reason to visit us.
